Covid-19 Update 4th Jan 2021

Firstly, thank you to all my wonderful customers (both the humans and dogs) for your support during this time. Please read through Harbour Tails Covid-19 Update below:

On January 4th 2021, the Prime Minister announced stricter Coronavirus restrictions.

Can Harbour Tails still walk my dog?

Yes! Going out for a walk is an important part of your dog’s routine and well-being. The measures put in place to control Coronavirus means owners who are vulnerable, isolating, or unwell may not be able to walk their dogs. Also some people, such as key workers, still have to go into work, while others are busy working from home and juggling home schooling. and so may need the assistance of a dog walker.

I understand some of your circumstances may change due to this announcement. Please contact me if you need to rearrange any of your dog’s appointments. And please refer to our terms and conditions for our cancellation policies.

Please tell me if you are isolating, vulnerable or experiencing covid-19 symptoms so I can put suitable precautions in place. If you have any additional questions about our safety procedures or other concerns related to COVID-19, please contact me.

Harbour Tails Dog Walking takes precautions to operate safely. You can read more about this here.

“Thank you everyone who has been sticking with me through this challenging time - it means a lot to me! ”
